The Perfect Week (Time Block Like a Pro)
The difference between agents who produce and agents who just stay busy comes down to one thing: whose calendar is running the day, theirs or everyone else's.
Build The Perfect Week
- Put your dollar-productive activities in as recurring appointments, lead gen at the same time daily, follow-up, showings, listing appointments.
- Batch like with like. Don't scatter prospecting across the day, block it.
- Protect the morning for the hard, high-value work, before the world starts pulling at you.
- Everything else, the email, the admin, gets a box too, so it doesn't bleed into your production time.
Willpower is a myth under load. A protected calendar removes the daily decision, you don't decide whether to prospect at 9, it's just what 9 o'clock is. That's how consistency actually happens, structure, not motivation.
Do This Week
Block your top three dollar-productive activities as recurring daily appointments this week. Treat them like a listing appointment you can't cancel.
