Ask the question every morning. Do that one thing before anything else. A day built around the ONE thing beats a day spent reacting to everyone else's.
Busy feels like progress, which is why it's so dangerous. Ten tasks done is nothing if the one that matters didn't get touched. The focusing question is how you tell the difference before the day, not after.
