Day 1 of 5

Build The Week That Produces

Before tactics, structure. You'll set the calendar and the three numbers every producing agent lives by, and ask the one question that tells you what to do first every morning.

System 1 of 3

The Perfect Week (Time Block Like a Pro)

The difference between agents who produce and agents who just stay busy comes down to one thing: whose calendar is running the day, theirs or everyone else's.

Build The Perfect Week

  • Put your dollar-productive activities in as recurring appointments, lead gen at the same time daily, follow-up, showings, listing appointments.
  • Batch like with like. Don't scatter prospecting across the day, block it.
  • Protect the morning for the hard, high-value work, before the world starts pulling at you.
  • Everything else, the email, the admin, gets a box too, so it doesn't bleed into your production time.
Do this now

Block your top three dollar-productive activities as recurring daily appointments this week. Treat them like a listing appointment you can't cancel.

System 2 of 3

Run Your Business by the Numbers

Most agents run their business on vibes. The ones who scale run it on four numbers.

The Four Numbers

Track these every week, honestly: dials, then conversations, then appointments, then closings.

Read The Leak

  • Lots of dials, few conversations? That's a list or an approach problem.
  • Conversations but no appointments? That's an ask problem, you're not closing for the meeting.
  • Appointments but no closings? That's a skill problem, sharpen the presentation.
Do this now

For one week, track your dials, conversations, appointments, and closings. Find the biggest drop-off. That's your number-one fix.

System 3 of 3

The Focusing Question

Most agents are busy and unproductive at the same time. The fix isn't more hustle. It's one question, asked every morning.

The Question

What's the ONE thing I can do, such that by doing it, everything else becomes easier or unnecessary? (Credit: Gary Keller, The ONE Thing.)

For An Agent, The Answer Is Almost Always The Same

  • Lead generation. It's the one activity that makes appointments, closings, income, and everything downstream easier.
  • So you protect it first, before email, before busywork, before the day gets loud.

Apply It Daily

Ask the question every morning. Do that one thing before anything else. A day built around the ONE thing beats a day spent reacting to everyone else's.

Do this now

Tomorrow morning, before you open your inbox, ask the focusing question and do that one thing first. Protect the first 90 minutes for it.
